Job Title: Solution Architect

Experience: 12–15 years
Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions and act as a trusted technical advisor to clients. The role is technology-agnostic and combines solution architecture leadership with presales and client-facing responsibilities. Healthcare domain exposure is favourable.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for complex enterprise initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure solution designs.
• Define architecture blueprints, integration patterns, data flows, and non-functional requirements.
• Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and propose solutions.
• Lead presales activities, including solutioning, technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations.
• Present solution architectures to client executives and technical teams, articulating value, trade-offs, and risks.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and engineering teams to ensure feasible and competitive solutions.
• Provide architectural governance, design reviews, and technical leadership during delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12–15 years of experience in solution / enterprise architecture roles.
• Strong expertise across application, data, integration, and infrastructure architecture.
• Proven experience in client-facing and presales roles within enterprise environments.
• Ability to remain vendor- and technology-neutral, selecting fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Healthcare and PBM is a plus.
• Experience supporting large transformation programs or strategic deals.
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks and best practices.
