About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer / AI Solutions Specialist to design, develop, and optimize modern data solutions with a strong focus on Snowflake, cloud technologies, and generative AI. The role will involve building scalable data pipelines, leveraging advanced analytics, and integrating AI/ML capabilities into business processes. The specialist will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver customer-facing solutions that are technically robust, business-oriented, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and solutions on Snowflake, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

Leverage Snowflake Cortex and native ML capabilities to build RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions, chatbots, and GenAI-infused pipelines.

Develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications and workflows to support data transformation and automation.

Work with Azure cloud services to design and maintain data solutions and integrations.

Write advanced SQL queries for analytics, data modeling, and optimization.

Collaborate with business teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.

Develop and maintain interactive reports and dashboards (Power BI – nice to have).

Explore, prototype, and implement AI/ML and LLM-based use cases to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Act as a customer-facing technical expert, communicating effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake.

Proven expertise leveraging Snowflake Cortex and ML/AI capabilities to build advanced solutions (e.g., RAG, chatbots, GenAI pipelines).

3+ years of experience in Python development.

3+ years of experience with Azure cloud services.

Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience in performance tuning and data modeling.

Experience with Power BI (2+ years, nice to have).

Solid understanding of GenAI, LLMs, AI/ML concepts and their practical applications.

Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Business acumen to align technical solutions with organizational needs (nice to have).
