As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will help shape AI‑powered solutions that protect and enhance the world’s most valuable brands. This is a hands‑on role that blends deep technical expertise with innovative problem‑solving across computer vision, NLP, and large‑scale data engineering.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our AI & Data practice, you will:

  • Design, develop, and optimize machine learning models, with emphasis on computer vision (image recognition, object detection) and NLP (text classification, sentiment analysis, entity extraction).
  • Train and fine‑tune deep learning architectures such as CNNs, RNNs, and Transformers for use cases including reverse image search, image‑text matching, and online content intelligence.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with product managers, data engineers, designers, and engineering teams to drive measurable improvements in system accuracy and performance.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement state‑of‑the‑art algorithms, ensuring our solutions leverage modern modeling approaches and industry best practices.
  • Build scalable data pipelines to ingest, clean, process, and prepare large volumes of image and text data for training and evaluation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize production ML models, identifying bottlenecks, performance degradation, and opportunities for enhancement.

Essential Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong expertise in ML/DL frameworks such as CatBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Solid background in image processing, feature extraction, and text preprocessing.
  • Proven experience in algorithms for object detection, image classification, text extraction, and sentiment analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large-scale datasets and build production-grade ML pipelines.
  • Advanced Python programming skills, with clean coding practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, capable of translating business challenges into robust technical solutions.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
