Develop and communicate a comprehensive architectural vision and strategy aligned with the organization's business goals and objectives. 2. Lead the design of complex software systems, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing. 3. Assess and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that best suit the organization's needs, including the evaluation of emerging trends and innovations. 4. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in architectural best practices and fostering their growth. 5. Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of architectural designs, patterns, and principles. 6. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including product managers, business analysts, and senior leadership, to align technology solutions with business objectives. 7. Establish and enforce architectural governance processes and compliance standards to ensure technology consistency and security. 8. Identify opportunities for performance optimization, scalability improvements, and cost-efficiency within the technology stack. 9. Ensure that architectural designs adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements. 10. Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and solutions, including software and service providers. 11. Identify and mitigate architectural risks, making proactive recommendations for risk reduction. 12. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and development teams to foster their growth and expertise. 13. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, architectural trends, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement. What skills are we looking for? 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. 15 to 16 years of professional experience in software architecture, solution design, and technology strategy. 3. Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex software systems and architectures. 4. Strong knowledge of multiple programming languages and development frameworks. 5. Experience with cloud architecture and cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 6. Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 8. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 9. Leadership skills with the ability to drive architectural decisions and mentor technical teams. 10. In-depth understanding of security best practices and compliance standards. 11. Experience with software development methodologies and agile practices. 12. Certifications in relevant architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are advantageous.
