Role Summary
The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting
business requirements to support the design and implementation of innovative solutions
within the organization. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, subject
matter experts, and technical teams to ensure that business needs are accurately captured
and effectively translated into functional and technical specifications.

validation and design communication.
• Familiarity with IT project management, change management, and system development
lifecycle processes.
• Ability to discuss application and data-related technical topics with IT teams.
• Proven collaboration in international, multi-disciplinary, and cross-time-zone
environments.
• Highly organized, proactive, flexible, and able to work independently under time
constraints.
• Familiarity with administrative and/or health data management domains.
Education Qualifications
Essential:
• First-level university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing,
Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Desirable:
• Professional qualification or foundation certification in analysis methodologies such as
IIBA CCBA/CBAP or PMI-BPA.
• Advanced degree in data management, business administration, or similar field.
Experience
Essential:
• At least seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst documenting requirements
and translating them into functional solutions.
• Experience with medium to large-scale, cross-functional systems in global or
international environments.
• Proven experience working within structured project frameworks (Prince2, PMI) and
collaborating closely with IT teams.
Desirable:
• Experience with Agile methodologies and design thinking approaches.
• Experience with UN, international, or multinational organizations.
• Experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder presentations, and managing change in
decentralized organizations.
Language Skills
• Expert knowledge in spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of another WHO language is desirable but not mandatory.
Other Essential IT Skills
• Proficiency with Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams,
SharePoint).
• Experience using Microsoft DevOps or Jira for project tracking.
• Familiarity with MS Office and MS Visio for documentation and workflow design.
