Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to support strategic planning.
• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and ensure technical feasibility.  
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups to support agile development.
• Support project management activities including scope definition, timeline planning, and risk assessment.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and IT deliverables

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and data analytics.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
