Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Generative AI Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs on Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered business solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, hands-on experience with GenAI tools, and the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs on Generative AI concepts and applications.
• Conduct hands-on workshops covering:
  • Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Prompt Engineering
  • AI Agents and Agentic Workflows
  • RAG Architecture
  • Fine-tuning and Model Evaluation
  • Responsible AI and AI Governance
• Create training content, presentations, labs, assessments, and learning materials.
• Develop real-world use cases and capstone projects for learners.
• Train technical and non-technical audiences on AI adoption and business transformation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI ecosystems.
• Assess learner progress and provide coaching and mentorship.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to customize training programs based on business requirements.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • OpenAI APIs
  • Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
  • PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Knowledge of model fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is preferred.
