As a Data Analyst, you will have the challenge to be responsible of Data Strategy and Digital Analytics Strategy working closely with product owners:
- Work in agile team of the mains digital projects of the Company.
- Define and implement Data Strategy: collect, processing, share, analyze and commercial action of a Digital Project.
- Define and implement Digital Analytics Strategy - at a strategic and technical level.
- Proactively analyze data to answer complex key questions from stakeholders with an eye for what drives business performance.
- Acquire and explore new data sources.
- Identify critical metrics and KPIs.
- Create/lead definitions of rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation from multiple data sources.
- Build self-service capabilities in business.
- For advanced analytics solutions, define model’s business use, identify potential key features with stakeholders, extract insights and perform translation for business, and measure of its impact on business.
Skills
- University studies: Systems Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Business Administrator and alike.
- Desirable specialization in Digital Marketing (strategic and technical).
- Experience in digital behavior analysis and obtaining business insights.
- Experience in agile projects.
- Experience in the use and configuration of digital behavior tools, mainly Google Analytics.
- High negotiation and communication skills.
- Expertise in data visualization.
- Knowledge of SQL Database(Intermediate Level).
- Spoken and written English (Intermediate-advanced level)
- Preferable knowledge in Python, and Tableau.
- Data translation skills for business stakeholders.
