key Responsibilities:

• Perform data manipulation request using TSQL, Powershell and Python scripts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational environment issues after data migrations.
• Contributes as a technical resource, helping maintain databases, and other data infrastructure.
• Participates in responding to tenant requests, supporting the client services, and implementation teams.
• Collaborates with team members as well as operates individually to execute all phases of complex data migration projects.
• Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and reduce risks/costs.
• Assist in the development of processes/architecture to migrate data.
• Participate in the design and development of dynamic data quality monitoring tools to preemptively identify defective data.
• Special projects (e.g., RFP support) System Upgrades, Re-Platforming, and technology uplift.
• Sets appropriate expectations with internal and external clients while cultivating an image of professionalism and quantitative / qualitative excellence.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the role and business.
• Performs other duties as required.

Requirements:
• 0-2 years’ experience in database management
• 6 months to 2 years of TSQL experience
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Macro s, V Lookups, queries, advanced written formulas).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Desire and capacity to learn new concepts and software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
 
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
