Qualifications
- Candidates must have 3 years of Desktop Support / Deployment experience as well as Windows 11 and MS Autopilot
- Ideally this person will hit the ground running without a ramp up period as they are mid way through their migration at this time

Responsibilities
- Company is going through their Windows 11 migration and looking for a field service technician to help with the deployments
- Windows 11 deployments and setups for end users
- 70/30 remote vs hands on
- Phone, email, remote support for end users across the organization (West Coast to East Cost)
- Work space moves – Hardware, printers set up, applications, etc
- In-Person support for various hardware and software issues
- Utilize VMware for connecting to virtual desktops
- Utilize Citrix receiver for desktops and virtual apps
- Technologies: Intune, Autopilot, Windows 11, Lenovo desktops, Office 365 for email, proprietary apps, chrome, peripherals, CISCO Phone System
