Role Overview
We are looking for an ICT Onsite Support Engineer to support day-to-day operational IT activities and ensure continuity of workplace and infrastructure services. The role is focused on hands-on technical support, endpoint device deployment, onsite troubleshooting, IT asset management, printing services, and VIP user support.
You will work closely with internal teams and external service providers to ensure smooth operation, stabilization, and continuous support of modern workplace services.
Key Responsibilities
Laptop Deployment & Device Management
Support deployment of new laptops using Microsoft Intune and Windows Autopilot
Assist users during device enrollment and configuration
Troubleshoot deployment, configuration, and compliance issues
Network Coordination
Coordinate network-related operational requests between business users and external network providers
Support onsite connectivity issues related to endpoints and workplace services
IT Asset Management
Perform IT asset inventory cleanup and reconciliation
Support secure disposal and decommissioning of obsolete equipment
Printing Services
Provide onsite support for printing services
Assist users with setup, access, and troubleshooting
VIP & End-User Support
Deliver priority support to executives and key stakeholders
Provide support for Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace services
Ensure timely resolution of onsite incidents and service requests
Deliverables / Success Criteria
Laptops deployed and configured according to operational requirements
Accurate and up-to-date IT asset inventory
Fully operational printing services with completed user support
Timely resolution of onsite incidents and service requests
High-quality support experience for VIP users and end users

Experience in onsite IT support / workplace support / infrastructure support
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft 365
Good understanding of endpoint devices, basic networking, and workplace services
Experience with IT asset management and onsite support processes
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and handle multiple requests in a dynamic environment
