What will you do on the Job: 

1. Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, resource requirements, and deliverables. 

2. Lead, motivate, and mentor cross-functional project teams, setting clear expectations, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to team members. 

3. Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including budget, personnel, and materials. 

4. Ensure project scope is clearly defined and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. 

5. Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risk throughout the project. 

6. Establish and maintain quality standards, conducting quality checks and ensuring deliverables meet established criteria. 

7. Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing status updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. 

8. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget. 

9. Develop and maintain project timelines, track progress, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule. 

10. Handle project changes effectively, assessing their impact, managing change requests, and ensuring changes align with project objectives. 

11. Identify and resolve project issues and obstacles that may hinder progress, escalating as needed. 

12. Collaborate with third-party vendors, ensuring they deliver in accordance with contracts and agreements. 

13. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and other project-related records. 

14. Conduct post-project assessments and lessons-learned sessions to inform process improvement. 

15. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project management staff and contribute to their professional development. 

What skills are we looking for: 

1. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 

2. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable. 

3. 16 years of professional experience in project management, including experience with complex projects and cross-functional teams. 

4. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software. 

5. Strong leadership and team management skills. 

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

7. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

8. Budget management and resource allocation skills. 

9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

10. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. 

11. Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with project management best practices. 

12. Experience in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) is advantageous.
