Job Title: Business Analyst 
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Laboratory domain knowledge and hands-on experience working with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems). The ideal candidate should understand laboratory workflows, processes, and data management within regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with laboratory teams and business stakeholders to understand current processes and requirements.
  • Analyze and document laboratory workflows, operational procedures, and business requirements.
  • Support LIMS-related activities including requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and user support.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to improve lab operations and system efficiency.
  • Prepare functional documentation, reports, and process flow diagrams.
  • Assist in testing, validation, and implementation activities related to laboratory systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Prior experience working in laboratory environments or life sciences domain.
  • Hands-on experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems).
  • Good understanding of laboratory processes, workflows, and compliance standards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis.
