Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Laboratory domain knowledge and hands-on experience working with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems). The ideal candidate should understand laboratory workflows, processes, and data management within regulated environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with laboratory teams and business stakeholders to understand current processes and requirements.
- Analyze and document laboratory workflows, operational procedures, and business requirements.
- Support LIMS-related activities including requirement gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, and user support.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to improve lab operations and system efficiency.
- Prepare functional documentation, reports, and process flow diagrams.
- Assist in testing, validation, and implementation activities related to laboratory systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst.
- Prior experience working in laboratory environments or life sciences domain.
- Hands-on experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems).
- Good understanding of laboratory processes, workflows, and compliance standards.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and process analysis.
