• Lead end-to-end GenAI solution design, development, and integration.
• Guide prompt engineering, RAG, LLM fine-tuning, and deployment workflows.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with architects and PMs to shape solution roadmaps.
• Own performance benchmarking, scalability, and reuse across solutions.
• Drive adoption of LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and LangSmith in engineering workflows.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise products using APIs and cloud-native services.
• Ensure observability, traceability, and governance in GenAI pipelines.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in building GenAI/LLM-based apps and multi-agent systems.
• Strong hands-on with Python, LangChain, LangGraph, prompt tuning, and vector stores.
• Experience with MLOps, GenAIOps, API integration, and observability tools.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise deployment strategies.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex AI solutions.
• Understanding of responsible AI, security, and compliance in GenAI applications.
• Experience with product development cycles and cross-functional collaboration.
