Purpose
The Modern Workplace Adoption Specialist will support initiatives that enhance employees’ ability to effectively use Microsoft 365 and related digital workplace tools. The role focuses on driving user adoption, enabling new ways of working, improving productivity, and ensuring maximum value from technology investments.
Background
The organization has invested in a modern digital workplace built on Microsoft 365—including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Viva, Copilot, Power Apps, and other productivity applications—to strengthen collaboration and optimize workflows. To ensure effective adoption, support is required to build digital dexterity, increase confidence with technology, and enable staff to work efficiently in a hybrid/remote environment.

Education
Essential: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Desirable: Microsoft, Power Platform, AI, design, or change‑management certifications
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in digital adoption or digital workplace roles
- Experience in organizational change and communication planning
- Proven Microsoft 365 training and support experience
- Experience designing learning content
- Experience with analytics, user research, or service design
- Experience in hybrid/remote workforce enablement
Language Requirements
- Excellent English; other languages an asset
