SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS expert, 
the experience of data warehousing solution space and related ETL (audit, balance, and control) framework, 
 hybrid data warehouse and ODS (real/near-time) architecture. 
ETL solution implementation experience in skills in Mortgage insurance domain (if not some experience in Mortgage)
