Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Framework/.NET Core.
• Integrate and configure Braze for customer engagement, campaign management, and user journey orchestration.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and web services.
• Build and maintain integrations between Braze and enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver customer communication solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Hands-on experience with Braze platform implementation and integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software design patterns and object-oriented programming.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
• Experience with customer engagement, marketing automation, or CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
