We are looking for a skilled Network Engineer to join our global infrastructure team and support the ongoing stability, performance, and security of our worldwide network ecosystem. In this role, you will manage core network platforms, including cloud networking, routing and switching, firewalls, VPNs, and Zero Trust solutions—across multiple regions and technology stacks. You will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams to ensure reliable connectivity, rapid incident response, high-quality documentation, and adherence to compliance standards. This position requires strong technical depth, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage our global network and key network components/platforms, such as Cloud Networks (AWS or Azure), switches, routers, VPNs, and firewalls, from a variety of vendors (e.g., Cisco).
- Implement timely and practical solutions to restore functionality.
- Monitor the performance and capacity of key network locations and equipment daily.
- Manage and respond to network incidents, escalating problems to appropriate team members or vendors as required.
- Assist in audit & compliance activities by providing required evidence and input.
- Maintain network documentation, including configurations, cabling layouts, diagrams, and operational procedures and protocols.
- Participate in planning and implementing changes to the network, including the installation of new equipment, software updates, and configuration changes.
- Work collaboratively with other teams, departments, or vendors to ensure the network supports the organization’s needs.
- Demonstrate flexibility in your approach, remain level‑headed under pressure, and communicate effectively at different levels and across regions.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and manage projects, including the installation and decommissioning of hardware.
Required & Desired Experience
- Experience with Cisco WLC, SD‑WAN, ISE is highly desired.
- Experience with Infoblox DDI is desired.
- Experience with Cloudflare Proxy / Cloudflare DNS.
- Understanding of Zero Trust IT security models and Web Content Filtering solutions such as Zscaler or Palo Alto Networks.
Nice to Have
- Cloud certifications such as AWS CLF‑C02, ANS‑C01, Azure AZ‑700 or equivalent.
- Zscaler certifications in Zscaler for Users SSE, ZIA, ZPA, and/or ZTCA.
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, ThousandEyes, Grafana, and Prometheus.
- Experience with CloudWatch and/or Azure Monitor.
