Project Manager that can work as scrum master. 

The platform team s needs will be closer to a project manager with their type of work. 

Some things would include, along with Project Management is 

• Coordination with other teams, 
• helping to organize sprints, 
• have SRE team kicked off more in Kanban style type work with prioritization help. 
• someone with experience working in a technical project management type role potentially DevOps, Infrastructure type work. Anyone with Devops background / Technically aware of the process around it.
