Role: Product Owner / Business Analyst
Domain: Government ERP & Digital Platforms

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog for new and modernized ERP components.
• Translate business needs (Payroll, HR, Payments) into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the client stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities.
• Be the Team Advocate, manage the relationship, talk to the Client Peer directly about successes and challenges execution wise.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, QA, and delivery leadership.
• Support incremental delivery and continuous feedback loops.
• Contribute to product vision and roadmap evolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of enterprise ERP systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to bridge business, legal/compliance, and technical teams.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience with public-sector or regulated environments is a plus.
