Role: Program / Delivery Manager
Domain: Government ERP Modernization (Payroll, HR, Payments)
Methodology: Agile / Scrum (2-week sprints, quarterly increments)
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of a large-scale ERP modernization program.
- Manage multiple agile teams delivering new functionality and modernizing legacy systems.
- Ensure predictable delivery across 6-sprint (3-month) increments.
- Act as primary interface between client stakeholders, product leadership, and engineering.
- Oversee scope, timeline, risks, dependencies, and budget.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted development.
- Ensure compliance, security, and quality standards expected in governmental platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in delivery or program management.
- Strong background delivering complex enterprise platforms (ERP, government, regulated industries).
- Solid understanding of modern tech stacks (Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS).
- Proven experience running Agile/Scrum at scale.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working with distributed teams.
