Role Summary
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering complex,
cross-functional projects in alignment with organizational and client objectives. The role
requires strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills to drive results in a
multi-cultural, international environment. The Project Manager will ensure timely delivery
of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards while managing stakeholders and
facilitating organizational change.

Education Qualifications
Essential:
• First-level university degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing,
Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification or foundation certification in project management
methodologies such as PMI, Prince2, or Agile SCRUM.
Experience
Essential:
• At least five (5) years of professional experience in program or project management and
delivery of complex cross-functional projects, ideally at a global or international level.
• Experience collaborating with international and multi-cultural teams, both physically
and virtually.
• Proven experience in developing project plans and project-related documentation.
• Experience facilitating workshops, presenting to senior stakeholders, and managing
change in decentralized organizations.
Desirable:
• Experience working across multiple time zones without face-to-face meetings.
• Experience with UN, international, or multinational organizations.
• Experience in professional business services such as consulting.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing change in federated organizations.
Language Skills
• Expert knowledge in spoken and written English.
