We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager to take full ownership of a large, multi-stakeholder project. The ideal candidate will excel at driving tasks to completion, coordinating multiple teams, and providing clear, consistent reporting to leadership. This role requires someone who can ramp up quickly, bring structure to complex workflows, and ensure accountability across all moving parts of the project.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of a large cross-functional project, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines stay on track.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, aligning engineering, customer success, product, and external stakeholders.
• Drive tasks to completion by following up proactively, removing blockers, and maintaining accountability across teams.
• Establish project governance, including cadence of status meetings, updates, and documentation.
• Track and report progress to leadership with clear summaries, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Manage risks and issues, escalating when necessary and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and client teams, ensuring expectations and communication remain aligned.
• Quickly ramp up on project context, objectives, stakeholders, constraints, and current pain points.
• Implement process improvements to streamline workflows, enhance transparency, and prevent delivery gaps.
