Role and Responsibilities:

  • Experience will be 8+.
  • The candidate will need to be good with Jira. He will need to be able to handle the Jira dashboards, reporting and manage the Jira board.
  • Experience in playing the SAFe Scrum Master role for at least 2+ years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
  • Experience of leading multiple teams in a fast-paced delivery environment
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Proactive enough to resolve the Blockers/impediments/dependencies internal or external by connecting to the wider stakeholders
  • Flexible enough to adjust with the Project timings and approachable
  • Act as a Agile Delivery lead where always on the top of the task to ensure team is delivering the Committed and Ad-hoc work(if any) by adjusting the priorities .
  • Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise
  • Understand incremental delivery and the value of metrics
  • Understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition
  • Familiarity with common Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices
