We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead the business analysis
function for a high-impact global digital health collaboration initiative. The selected
candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to define business needs, translate them into actionable technical requirements, and support the delivery of digital tools that enable informed public health decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements & Solution Design
Elicit, define, document, and prioritize detailed business and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable deliverables and acceptance criteria.
Create roadmaps, wireframes, and mockups to support stakeholder alignment and
technical design.
2. Project Oversight & Delivery Support
Oversee implementation of digital tools including a global knowledge repository and
collaborative portal.
Coordinate internal and external delivery teams to track progress, manage backlogs,
and assure quality.
Support integration with external systems (e.g., APIs, data platforms, analytics tools).
3. Governance & Maintenance
Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and infrastructure standards.
Maintain and evolve the collaboration platform using DevOps tools and agile
practices.
Provide proposal for capability enhancements based on user feedback and strategic
goals.
4. Documentation & Communication
Prepare and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and reports.
Lead or participate in meetings with cross-functional teams (technical, legal,
procurement, communications).
5.Required Qualifications & Experience:
Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in:
Business process modeling and requirements engineering.
Implementing software solutions, including integration and data migration.
Working with scientific and public health domains (preferably epidemic/pandemic intelligence).
Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments.
Multi-vendor coordination and stakeholder management.
Proven experience in change management, open-source tools, and data architecture.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in BPMN, SQL, HTML, XML, JSON, and CSS.
Tools: Miro, Figma, draw.io, Lucidchart, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Microsoft
Office Suite.
Strong understanding of software development, lifecycles, system architecture, and
cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Familiarity with responsible AI practices and data governance.

Ability to manage complexity in international and multicultural environments.
