Key Responsibilities

• Act as SAFe Scrum Master for software development teams.
• Lead and manage multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure delivery of committed sprint and release goals.
• Proactively resolve blockers, impediments, and cross-team dependencies.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity initiatives.
• Track Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and backlog progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, development, and QA teams.
• Mentor teams on Scrum principles and Agile engineering practices.
• Support backlog prioritization and incremental delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with 4+ years as SAFe Scrum Master.
• Experience handling at least 2 Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, SAFe, and Agile delivery practices.
• Expertise in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of Agile engineering practices:
• User Stories
• ATDD / TDD
• Continuous Integration & Testing
• Automated Testing
• Pair Programming
• Hands-on experience with Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Preferred

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) / CSM certification preferred.
• Experience in enterprise Agile environments is a plus.
