Job Description – QA / Test Engineer (5–8 Years Experience)

Experience Required: 5–8 Years

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Functional Testing and end-to-end application validation
• Strong hands-on experience in API Testing (REST APIs, request/response validation, tools like Postman preferred)
• Good knowledge of SQL with ability to write and execute joins and complex queries for backend/data validation
• Experience testing Web Applications across different workflows and user journeys
• Good understanding of Microservices architecture and testing distributed services
• Experience working in highly complex and fast-paced environments with multiple integrations and dependencies
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, qTest, or similar platforms
• Experience in test case design, test execution, defect lifecycle management, and QA processes across SDLC/STLC
• Domain experience in Mortgage and/or Finance applications preferred
• Ability to understand business requirements and ensure quality delivery
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Good to Have:

• Understanding of AI / Generative AI concepts
• Working experience with Claude or exposure to AI-assisted workflows/testing
• Exposure to automation testing is an added advantage

Work Details:

• Experience: 5–8 Years
• Work Timings: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Work Mode: Mandatory Work from Office - 5 days a week.
