NET Backend Developer (7–9 Years)Must Have:

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET Framework/.NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, REST Services, and SQL Server.
• Strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design pattern knowledge.
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Ability to define coding standards, perform code reviews, and drive best practices.
• Good understanding of DevOps tools, CI/CD, and software delivery processes.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and Claude AI (or similar GenAI tools) for code generation, refactoring, documentation, test case creation, and productivity enhancement.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Experience with Angular or React.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and AI-assisted software development practices.
