Qualifications

  • 5+ years as IT Business Analyst, IT Product Owner, or IT Project Manager
    3+ years with Scrum events as Product Owner or Scrum Master
  • Agile methodologies and tools, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, JIRA, Confluence, etc
  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

 

Responsibilities

·       "Own" one or more products related to Salesforce configuration and integration

·       Expertise in Sales cloud (CRM) and Marketing cloud with ability to provide thought leadership in his area of expertise

·       Cross-functional leader across business teams and development teams

·       Assert proper product delivery and ensure that products stay at the forefront of industry needs

·       Act as business representative to the technical team, while representing the team to the business

·       Collaborate with leadership teams, business, engineering, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure software development efforts are aligned with overall product strategies and goals

·       Create and groom product backlog, maintain requirements, define and document artifacts for the technical team

·       Bridge desires of the "customer" and capabilities of the technology

·       Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand problems they are trying to solve, and business value associated with solving problems

·       Develop understanding of systems that business units use including Salesforce, CRM systems, software, web applications, mobile apps, databases, etc

·       Align with internal teams to understand product technology needs for internal features or enhancements

·       Attend scrum meetings including daily standups, sprint planning, grooming sessions, and retrospectives

·       Lead backlog grooming to decompose and estimate stories

·       Translate high level business processes, requirements, and functionality to a technical level, and translate from a technical level to a business level
