Provide expert technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them in architectural best practices and fostering their growth. 5. Maintain thorough documentation of architectural designs, patterns, and principles, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization. 6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including senior leadership, product managers, business analysts, and development teams, to align technology solutions with business goals. 7. Establish and enforce architectural governance processes and compliance standards to ensure technology consistency, security, and regulatory compliance. 8. Ensure that architectural designs adhere to the highest security best practices and compliance requirements, safeguarding sensitive data and intellectual property. 10. What skills are we looking for 1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 2. 16 to 17 years of distinguished professional experience in software architecture, solution design, and technology strategy. 3. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level software systems and architectures. 4. Mastery of multiple programming languages and development frameworks. 5. Deep expertise in cloud architecture and cloud-native technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). 6. Proficiency in microservices architecture, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing. 7. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills. 8. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. 9. Inspiring leadership skills with the capability to drive architectural decisions, mentor technical teams, and shape the organization's technology vision. 10. Comprehensive understanding of security best practices, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements. 11. Extensive experience with software development methodologies and agile practices. 12. Certifications in relevant architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are highly advantageous.
