Job Description

We are looking for a data-focused professional with strong analytical skills and experience working closely with business stakeholders. The role involves querying and analyzing data, understanding business needs, and contributing to data-driven solution design.

Key Responsibilities

• Query and analyze dimensionalized data using SQL to support reporting and analytical needs.
• Work with data sourced from data warehouses, either directly or as a downstream consumer.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
• Support solution design through data analysis and consultation.
• Analyze and work with sales, product, customer, usage, and subscription data.
• Communicate insights and findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Apply critical thinking and curiosity to continuously learn and improve analytical outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Practical experience querying and analyzing data using SQL.
• Knowledge or experience with data warehousing concepts.
• Experience eliciting functional requirements.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Experience consulting on solution design.
• Experience working with sales, product, customer, usage, or subscription data.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure.
• Experience with Power BI and/or MS CRM.
• Experience within the publishing industry.
• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
