Position: Technical Lead – Agentic AI
Project: Kryptonite – AI-Powered User Provisioning Monitoring
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Agentic AI developers to join the Kryptonite project team . The candidate will be responsible for AI agent development, application integration, and supporting the delivery of an enterprise-grade user provisioning monitoring system.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate Agentic AI workflows for automated user provisioning monitoring
- Integrate the Claude AI Model (Anthropic) into the core application once API license is available
- Onboard enterprise applications (80+) via AD-based authorization and internally managed role patterns
- Develop and maintain Rules Engine, Audit Workflows, and Exception Management modules
- Set up and validate QA and Production environments
- Participate in QA, UAT, and Go-Live activities
- (For TL role) Monitor day-to-day development progress, track milestones, and report to project stakeholders
Required Skills
- Strong experience with Agentic AI / LLM-based application development (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Claude API / Anthropic models or equivalent (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI)
- Proficiency in Python and ReactJS development
- Experience with Active Directory (AD) integration and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) systems
- Knowledge of REST API integration and enterprise application onboarding
- Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure/AWS) for QA and production setups
- Strong understanding of audit logging, compliance workflows, and reporting dashboards
Good to Have
- Experience in user provisioning / IAM (Identity & Access Management) domain
- Prior work in large-scale enterprise integrations (80+ applications)
- SAFe Agile / sprint-based delivery experience
For Technical Lead Role (Additional)
- 7+ years of experience in software development
- Proven ability to lead a team of 5 + developers
- Strong stakeholder communication and milestone tracking skills
