Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Tibco Developer with strong expertise in integration technologies and enterprise middleware solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining integration workflows using Tibco tools, while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Tibco BusinessWorks and related Tibco products.

· Build and manage SOAP and REST API services for enterprise applications.

· Integrate with SAP systems using IDOCs and SAP Adapters.

· Work with RV Substation Mainframes for message-oriented middleware solutions.

· Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of integration solutions.

· Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

· Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integration processes and workflows.

· Provide support for production issues, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Required Skills & Experience

· Strong hands-on experience with Tibco BusinessWorks and related Tibco integration tools.

· Proficiency in developing and consuming SOAP and REST APIs.

· Experience working with SAP IDOCs and SAP Adapters.

· Knowledge of RV Substation Mainframes integration.

· Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware concepts.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to document technical processes clearly.

Good to Have

· Experience with Apigee API Gateway for API management.

· Familiarity with cloud-based integration solutions.

· Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

· Clear and concise communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
