About Role
We are looking for a Workday Generalist HCM Developer to support and enhance multiple
Workday modules within a global organization. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and
optimizing Workday solutions aligned with business needs, ensuring smooth HR operations and
system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and support Workday HCM modules (Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence,
Talent)
Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions
Troubleshoot system issues and implement improvements
Maintain technical documentation and development standards
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
Support system enhancements and ongoing optimization
Profile
Experience across multiple Workday HCM modules
Strong knowledge of Workday integrations and reporting
Understanding of Agile practices and tools
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Requirements
Education
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Experience
5+ years of Workday experience
Experience working in enterprise HR environments
Experience in system configuration and support
