About Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Time Tracking & Compensation Developer to design,

configure, and maintain Workday solutions within a global enterprise environment. The ideal

candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Workday modules and integrations,

ensuring accurate business logic and seamless end-to-end processes. This role plays a key part in

supporting HR digital transformation initiatives and delivering scalable, reliable Workday

solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Compensation modules

Translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions in collaboration with HR teams

Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Workday processes

Maintain documentation, design specifications, and development standards

Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business teams

Profile

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Time Tracking and Compensation modules

Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio)

Good understanding of Workday reporting (calculated fields, custom reports, BIRT)

Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Requirements

Education

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Experience

5+ years of experience with Workday development

Experience in enterprise HR systems and integrations

Experience working in Agile environments
