Applied GenAI solutioning: RAG, grounding, tool-calling, routing, evaluations. 

Copilot Studio solution design OR equivalent enterprise agent platform design + willingness to go deep on Copilot Studio quickly. 

Azure AI / Azure OpenAI / Foundry-level architecture understanding (retrieval, evaluation, observability). 

Enterprise security mindset (identity/RBAC, least privilege, secrets management, auditability). 

Preferred (do not hard-filter) 

Microsoft Purview familiarity (cataloging, governance concepts). 

SharePoint knowledge sources; Teams embedding. 

Healthcare / regulated domain exposure. 

Multi-cloud literacy (AWS, Snowflake) and enterprise data integration experience. 

Kiro experience (trainable; never a filter).
